Order Processing Times

All orders are carefully reviewed and processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Important: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing refers to the time needed to verify payment, prepare your order, and hand it off to our shipping partners.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer products from multiple fulfillment centers to provide you with the best combination of product selection, pricing, and delivery options. Each product page clearly indicates the shipping origin and estimated delivery time.

Domestic Shipping (USA Warehouse Products)

Products marked as "Ships from USA" are fulfilled from our domestic warehouse partners and offer faster delivery:

  • Free Standard Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing

  • Total delivery time: Typically 4-10 business days

International Shipping (Supplier Direct)

Products marked as "Ships Internationally" are fulfilled directly from our trusted international supplier partners, primarily located in China, to offer you competitive pricing:

  • Free Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days after processing

  • Total delivery time: Typically 11-23 business days

Please Note: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We recommend allowing extra time for gift purchases or time-sensitive orders.

All Destinations: Free shipping applies to all addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price - no surprise shipping charges.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Areas & Restrictions

Domestic Delivery

We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses using standard domestic rates.

International Delivery

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to countries under trade restrictions or embargo. If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately cannot fulfill orders to that location.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations

  • Hazardous materials or restricted items cannot be shipped internationally

Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track your package using:

  • Tracking Number: Provided via email within 2-3 business days of order processing

  • Order Status: Check your account dashboard for real-time updates

  • Carrier Websites: Track directly on USPS, UPS, FedEx, or international carrier websites

For international shipments, tracking may show limited information once the package enters the destination country's postal system. This is normal and doesn't indicate a problem with your order. Click here any time to track your order.

Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  • Look around your delivery area (porches, garages, etc.)

  • Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

  • Contact us if the package doesn't appear within 48 hours

Delayed Shipments

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed beyond our estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

International Shipping Details

For our international customers, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs Duties: You may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery

  • Customs Delays: Packages may be held for inspection, causing delivery delays

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate in English

  • Prohibited Items: Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries due to local regulations

We are not responsible for packages refused by customs or returned due to incomplete address information.
